Transmec completes the acquisition of TNA Cargo

The acquisition, initiated in 2022, has now been completed, granting Transmec full control of TNA Cargo, leader in the North African market.

This move represents a significant expansion of the Group’s logistics network, extending its coverage from the Italian ports of the Tyrrhenian Sea to Tangiers and Tunis.

With a fleet of over 650 trailers, TNA Cargo enhances Transmec's capacity and service offerings, including temperature-controlled transport.
