Transport, Logistics, People, Future: Transmec’s ESG Commitment in the 2025 Sustainability Report
More active listening, greater transparency, the same long-standing vision. The Group has published its third Sustainability Report, shaped by the feedback of employees, clients, and partners.
Kilometres travelled and volumes handled only scratch the surface of the logistics sector.
Today, the real challenge lies in generating a positive impact for the planet, local communities, and the entire value chain.
With the publication of its 2025 Sustainability Report - the third in its history - Transmec consolidates its vision for an increasingly transparent logistics sector.
The driving force behind this new edition lies in its openness to a structured, transparent dialogue: Transmec has expanded its materiality analysis by launching a stakeholder engagement campaign.
The Group's Sustainability Team directly involved a representative sample of employees, clients, and suppliers, offering them the opportunity to share their views on the economic, environmental, and social impacts under review.
This process of active listening enabled the company to translate the community's feedback into operational priorities. Direct engagement with key stakeholders provided valuable insights to identify priority areas for closer monitoring and enhanced reporting transparency - confirming that the company’s ESG commitment is fuelled by collaboration with its value network.
Danilo Montecchi, CEO of Transmec Group, highlighted the significance of this journey:
"In the face of global challenges, logistics must be able to chart new courses. This Report is tangible proof of a journey, our journey, where transparency and responsibility are interwoven.
“For us, doing business means precisely this: evolving alongside our people and turning sustainability into shared value."
