Annual Christmas Meeting 2025: a shared vision for a historic achievement

Once again this year, tradition brought together the Group’s management teams from around the world at the Campogalliano headquarters for the Annual Christmas Meeting.

Three intense days of discussion and exchange, combining a review of the year just ended with strategic planning for 2026.

Corridors and meeting rooms were filled with energy, curiosity and a strong drive to innovate, with round tables exploring key topics such as artificial intelligence and sustainability.

On the Artificial Intelligence front, the company continues to advance in the integration of new technologies by adopting a responsible approach in which privacy and security are safeguarded as key enablers of innovation. A deep understanding of AI makes it possible to turn its potential into tangible value, driving efficiency, growth and measurable competitive advantage.

At the same time, the transport and logistics sector is undergoing a transformation driven by increasingly stringent regulations, rising customer expectations, and the need for reliable and transparent data.

In 2025, Transmec obtained its first EcoVadis rating, the leading global platform for assessing ESG performance. This not only makes it possible to measure the level of sustainability achieved, but also to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in a structured way.

2026 will mark the start of CO₂ emissions calculation through GreenRouter, a digital solution for measuring and optimising the environmental impact of transport operations, confirming a concrete, measurable and verifiable commitment to sustainability.

Despite the uncertainties of a challenging year marked by geopolitical risks and trade tensions, Transmec achieved a historic result: the highest turnover in its history, demonstrating the strength of its strategy and growth built with determination.

Commenting on the results, CEO Danilo Montecchi closed the meeting by stating:

“In a complex scenario like the one we face today, innovation is no longer an option: it is the very condition for growth and long-term success. This is why we continue to invest in infrastructure, vehicles, technologies and, above all, in people, because we believe the future is built together.

In 2026 alone, investments of €15 million are planned for robotic systems and an increasingly green vehicle fleet, reaffirming a path that combines development, efficiency and responsibility.

What truly makes the difference is our vision: a shared commitment that brings people and entrepreneurial families together around a common goal. For 23 years we have come together for this meeting: familiar faces and new ones blend, but the spirit that guides us remains unchanged.
