Transmec Romania recognised for its role in local community development

Romanian institutions celebrated local businesses with a gala for their contribution to the development of local communities.

On January 24th, the business incubator "Cresc Oradea Mare" hosted the gala evening "Entrepreneurs for Bihor," to celebrate businesses’contribution to the local economy.

Organised by the Oradea City Hall, the Bihor County Council, and the Oradea Local Development Agency (ADLO), the event was attended by community and business leaders, including Transmec Romania.

In the opening speech, Alina Silaghi, General Manager of ADLO, proudly presented the results of projects completed the previous year, highlighting that the total value of investments attracted in industrial parks exceeded 580,000,000 euros, with the presence of 122 companies and the creation of 10,200 jobs.

Oradea Mayor, Florin Birta, also spoke during the event:

"With profound gratitude, I thank all the companies for their contribution to the development of our city and region. These events not only strengthen the bond between the public and private sectors but are also key to an even more prosperous and collaborative future."

Among the honoured companies was Transmec Romania, which with its commitment and vision has significantly contributed to the region's growth.

"We believe that our success is closely linked to our ability to create value for the community in which we operate. We are grateful for this recognition and will continue to work diligently and dedicatedly to contribute to the economic and social development of Oradea and the Bihor district," said Emanuel Barboni, Branch Manager of Transmec Romania in Oradea.
