After a difficult year such as 2020, characterized by the Covid pandemic, with heavy consequences for the global economy, Transmec has decided to reward all its employees with a year-end bonus of € 200 net.
At this difficult time, this is a tangible gesture to show the company feels close to its employees and their families.
Danilo Montecchi, CEO of Transmec Group, said: “Every day, especially at this time of global pandemic, we face new challenges with the valuable help of our employees.
This bonus is a small gesture to make all Transmec personnel feel part of the Group.
I am optimistic; the vaccine has arrived and the economy will recover. 2021 will be a new beginning and we will start running again all together, as we did before.”
