Transmec Ireland stocks Primarks new store in Milan
Transmec continues to ensure Europe’s fashion-conscious consumers have ready access to the latest trends.
To help those looking for high-street chic, Transmec Ireland has been hard at work to stock Primark’s first Italian store in Milan, the home of Armani, Prada and Versace.
Ahead of the store’s opening in mid-April, we delivered items directly from Primark’s distribution centre at Naas, near Dublin.
Around 40 loads were transported to Milan and this is now decreasing to around two loads per day as we keep stock replenished.
John Simkins, general manager of Transmec UK and Ireland, said: “This was a very high-profile launch for Primark and we’re delighted to have supported them – everything has gone extremely smoothly.”
Transmec works with many leading fashion brands and already transports stock to Primark’s European distribution centres.
