Transmec at the 30th IFLN Conference in Dubai

From 26th to 29th May, Transmec will attend the 30th IFLN Worldwide Membership Conference, held this year in vibrant Dubai.

With over 20,000 professionals operating in more than 400 offices worldwide and a solid market presence on every continent, IFLN is a network dedicated to providing global logistics services. This alliance, composed of carefully selected members, collaborates to offer comprehensive supply chain solutions and end-to-end logistics services.

Celebrating its 30th anniversary, this year's annual conference will once again allow participants to consolidate and create new connections within the network. The 2024 edition will take place from 26th to 29th May, with eclectic Dubai as the backdrop.

The Overseas Division will attend on behalf of Transmec Group; recognised at a European level primarily for its land transport and logistics services. However, through the Overseas Division’s participation, it aims to highlight its capabilities and expertise in maritime and air transport.

This international platform offers the perfect opportunity to showcase the wide range of services offered by the Group,” says Giorgio Mongeri, Transmec Group’s General Manager Air & Ocean Division.

Participating in the IFLN Worldwide Membership Conference provides a valuable opportunity: in just three days and with a single trip, we have the chance to meet many potential collaborators, ensuring close and advantageous partnerships thanks to the network’s trust.”

Expectations are high, with the General Manager adding:

We have identified Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa as strategic markets for expanding our presence via local collaborators. Although these areas are geographically distant, the appeal of Made in Italy remains very strong.”

The conference is not only a showcase for logistics services but also represents a crucial networking opportunity, as Hajar Chahboun, Branch Manager & Trade Lane Manager Air & Ocean Division, explains:

This event allows us to cultivate existing relationships while simultaneously creating new connections. Meeting in person strengthens bonds and facilitates the building of trust and long-lasting collaborations. With some operators, the Group has established solid and profitable working relationships for many years, demonstrating the importance of such events in maintaining and expanding our professional network.”
