TDBG Germany offers new service to Baku
Continuing growth at TDBG Germany has led to the launch of new routes in and outside Europe, including a regular service to Azerbaijan.
Shipments destined for the oil-rich republic are collected by Transmec from across northern Europe, with our team of specialists ensuring all documentation is in order.
Goods are then transported overland from the Wuppertal warehouse, Düsseldorf, to Baku, with Transmec’s partner in the capital ensuring fast and efficient onward delivery.
“With its oil reserves and other natural resources, Azerbaijan’s economy continues to develop quickly and imports from Europe are important for both consumers and industry,” said Mark Benecke, sales manager for TDBG Germany.
“Our new service has got off to a great start and we can only see this expanding in the coming months.”
Closer to home, a new two-way, weekly Groupage service has been launched from Düsseldorf to the industrial city of Oporto in north-west Portugal.
This complements existing regular services throughout Europe from all three Germany depots which include Stuttgart and Munich, as well as Düsseldorf.
