Opening ceremony for the new automated warehouse system
Transmec Group has officially launched the new state-of-the-art automated warehouse system at its logistics hub in Campogalliano, Modena.
The €2.5 million facility, supplied by Incas, will enable the Group to manage increasing client volumes and peaks in demand. Providing capacity to handle an additional 200,000 items per day, the flexible system has been designed to evolve to meet further growth.
Clients, associates and media attended a special opening ceremony that was led by Danilo Montecchi, CEO of Transmec Group and the Managing Director of Transmec Log Giorgio Maggiali.
The event was also attended by Valter Caiumi, President of Modena Employers’ Federation and Alfredo Peri, Transport and Productivity Assessor.
