Accountancy, tax and balance sheet administrator

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business or Business Economics, or a Chartered Accountant qualification

- a minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration, general accountancy, double entry, medium company balance drawing (previous admin jobs in international logistics and transport are preferred)

- fluency in written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages, French, Spanish, German is preferred)

- good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, thorough knowledge of double entry, accounting, tax and balance sheet drawing

- professional competence and personal leadership, team-work skills and proactive attitude

- good problem solving skills

- able to work to meet objectives and continuous improvement goals

- good use of the Office software and Electronic Data Sheets

The Successful applicant shall:

- join a team of about 20 people

- coordinate a group of team members in customer/supplier invoice entry

- cooperate in drawing up balance statements of Italian branches of Transmec Group

- interact with the CFO

The successful applicant shall report directly to the CFO.
